Heat is provided by a wood burning stove, with wood. There is also an electric, space heater. In the Summer, there is air conditioning. There is one King Size bed and one Queen Size bed.

We are 2 blocks from the famous Beckham County Courthouse seen in the movie "The Grapes of Wrath". Right across the street is “First Response Coffee House”. It is locally owned and specializes in coffee and fantastic BBQ!! Strolling through town is a stroll through history!
