About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

Apartment Lutetia

The Lutetia Apartment is situated in the heart of the city, on Frankopanska Street, in close proximity to Ilica and Tuškanac Park. It is only a five-minute walk away from the Tuškanac Garage, which provides convenient parking for guests arriving by car. The comfortable living room with kitchen, bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom and an entrance hall. The double windows ensure peace and quiet, while the heat pump guarantees an optimal temperature regardless of the weather conditions.

RNO ID: 120720 Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

Ima vse, kar imajo velike hiške. Vstop v hiško vas bo očaral z vonjem po smreki, hkrati pa se boste težko uprli pogledu, ki bo odprl novo dimenzijo gozda.

A ház két személynek ideális esetleg kisgyermekkel, rájuk külön gondoltunk játékokkal ,felszereléssel. Házi kedvenceket, kisállatot nem tudunk fogadni! Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
