The c1855 Country House is set on the private grounds of the old Newtown grocers, which has now been turned into a multifunctional venue by local design partners Megan & Ollie. The accomodation in the shopkeeper's residence has been lovingly restored complete with original heritage features. The guest space is within a family farm house but completely private with a separate entrance. We’re on a 55 acre farm near Mt Pilot, surrounded by National Park, mountain tracks and beautiful views. Welcome to Stanley on the edge of the Victorian Alps. The Stanley Peony Farm features two self contained guest cottages, quaint, peaceful and very much unique for the area. This cottage, named Alice Harding after the well known peony cultivar, is set amongst an established garden with oaks, Japanese maples, liquid ambers, claret ash and tulip trees. The setting provides a great place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying all that this area has to offer.

Lupo’s Loft

Lupo’s Loft is upstairs at Lupo’s Kiln Cafe. Luxury accommodation for 2 in a king bed, complimentary champagne on arrival, free WiFi, Netflix TV, kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s Kiln Cafe is open for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday’s and lunch only on Sunday’s. Open from 11am - 10pm Fri & Sat. 11am - 4pm Sun.

A two-level studio cottage in a gorgeous, cool climate garden: a perfect getaway for two. Beautifully refurbished. The cottage is self-contained and includes a queen bedroom opening to a private deck with barbecue overlooking our Open Gardens Victoria-listed garden. Downstairs is a sitting room, opening to a garden terrace, a separate kitchen with induction cooktop and bathroom. Beechworth, a historic, 19C, gold-era town, is 4km away.

Wark Cottage (circa 1895) named after the original owner William Frederick Wark, has been meticulously restored to modern day standards while retaining its worker cottage roots. Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.
