Our guest suite has a private entrance to a mud room and is fully furnished, full kitchen and bath and can sleep up to 6 people.

Spacious 2nd floor apartment with private entrance, full kitchen, living room and screened in porch in quiet, safe neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown shops and restaurants, and one block to Lake Winnisquam. More space is available to accommodate up to 4 guests occupying the entire 2nd floor which would add a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with a pull out sofa. There is a $15.00 charge per night for each extra guest.

This is a single unit within 4 units, 3 are used for short term rental, located on a quiet neighborhood. The unit has capacity for 3 Guests. This unit has a private backyard where you can enjoy your BBQ and HOT TUB. Enjoy hiking, mountains, beaches and other local attractions in the Lakes Region.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

The condo is located a short 4 miles from Rte. 93 and close to many activities making it easy to plan your visit. Some close-by attractions are: Tilton Tanger Outlets, Gunstock Mountain Park, Mills Falls Marketplace at Meredith Bay and Highland Mountain Bike Park.

The apt. is light and has beautiful view of the Pemigewassett River. Yard with stairs down to the river where you can fish. There is a barbeque grill and seating by the river. Often see American Bald Eagle fishing too as well as a great assortment of ducks and other water life. NO PETS
