Spring is upon us here in the Lakes Region! Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away and vistas to enjoy the season are all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room for your boat and trailer as the summer season arrives! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

The Carriage House was built in 1925 to store carriages for the Victorian home, across the street. There are two queen beds in the bedroom. Enjoy the 585 feet of shared lake frontage with beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards and fire pits.
