Welcome to your peaceful Getaway on the Water. Whether you or your group are visiting the Villages, or just need a peaceful getaway to recharge, this is the place!There's something for everyone! Paddleboard or Kayak (provided) the beautiful canal to either lake. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in nature on the dock. Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!

Waterfront cottage Haynes Creek

Enjoy all central Florida has to offer, at this cozy waterfront cottage, on Haynes Creek, part of the Harris Chain. Fish from the dock, or bring your own watercraft, you have your own boat slip. Explore the area on our paddleboat, kayaks or paddle board. If its shopping and nightlife you enjoy we are close to Leesburg, Eustis, Mt. Dora, Tavares and the Villages. Or maybe you would enjoy watching wildlife and exploring one of the many parks or trails in the area. Central Florida has it all.

Majestic cabin on Fort Brook Farm

Get away from it all when you camp under the stars on our beautiful little farm. Our cabin is a bedroom with queen size bed and a sleeping loft that is a twin. Bring a sleeping bag for loft. This air conditioned and heated cabin has a little extra. There’s a sink, fridge, and a coffee maker with pods in the kitchenette. There’s a great fire pit that also is a grill. We have chairs and table to sit by your camp fire. The restroom and showers are separate. There is not a half bath in the cabin.

The Teak House is set up for you to relax in the shades of the beautiful trees of central Florida with a fenced backyard, grill, hammock, and fire pit. Prefer to be indoors? Enjoy a fully equipped top of the line kitchen and comfy chairs to watch your favorite shows on the large smart TVs. Three comfortable bedrooms with 2 full baths enable 6 people to enjoy the Teak House. Set up with all you need, from towels to charging stations. FL is currently in the worst drought since 2012, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal and chains are dry. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!
