Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

Luxe Downtown Studio Apartment

Curated style within walking distance to bars and restaurants downtown, and only a 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach! This apartment features a a fully equipped kitchen, separate private entrance, fast high speed internet, in unit washer and dryer, a heated bathroom floor, and commercially rated sound proof insulation. The apartment boasts 11ft ceilings, 100%cotton luxury bedding and pillows, rain shower, and a private dedicated parking space just steps from the entrance.

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

Few miles from downtown Pensacola. Naval Air Station (NAS), Naval Hospital & Pensacola State College Warrington Campus are within one mile. Fast food is readily available. Walmart is 2 blocks away. Ruby T's, Sonny's BBQ and Waffle House are a few of the nearby restaurants.

This home offers Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.

The Carriageway Cottage -Close to Pensacola Beach!

Whether you’re visiting Pensacola for business or pleasure, thank you for your interest in our guest house. We’re located in the heart of East Hill, which is a very charming and established neighborhood. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet only about a 5-10 minute drive downtown Pensacola. We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

East Hill Bungalow

The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just opened is ALGA Beer Company, a new brewery located directly behind the house.
