This house is mere minutes from Downtown and just blocks away from the 12 South neighborhood, Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Music Row. The house is located in a very central area. Just a $6 Uber ride will get you downtown. Ample parking is always available as well if you're driving.

Four and a half blocks to 12 South, one quarter of a mile to Belmont University. We kindly and firmly request that all guests be non-smokers (if you are a smoker, this unit is not for you). Smoking is not allowed on the property or on surrounding neighbors' properties.
