We're only 10 mins from Bawley's pristine beaches & we provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing country getaway.
