Hello! The Carriage House is located within 500 feet to a beautiful rail trail, just 2 minutes away from the famous Dorset Quarry and 10 minutes from Emerald Lake. We are 6 minutes from Manchester Center, but we have 18 acres with trails throughout the property. We enjoy both privacy and convenience. The space has its own back yard and fire pit. It is very private. You’re welcome to borrow our bikes, paddle board and kayak during the summer.

The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a working studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. There is hot tub available to barn guest and a shared (with house) outdoor space. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).
