Nestled in a peaceful, wooded neighborhood, our retreat is the perfect escape to relax, explore, and unwind in beautiful Bella Vista. Private entrance, a serene bedroom, cozy living area, and kitchenette. Savor quiet mornings on the dock, stargaze beside the fire pit, or take a short drive to Crystal Bridges. If navigating slopes and multiple steps is difficult, this space may not be the best fit.

Lake Ann Guest House: Trail head and Lake Access

Welcome to the Lake Ann Guesthouse. We are a 2 min drive to 71, located in an idyllic wooded neighborhood on Lake Ann. Near: Back 40, walk to Buckingham Trail Head, parks, golf, biking/hiking trails and all Bella Vista has to offer. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. Nestled on 830 acres, but just a couple miles south of town, this completely renovated, historic cottage has all the modern amenities. It features an open floor plan that spans 40 feet from front to back upstairs, in one of the most peaceful and natural, tree top settings. It also has two covered/ screened in decks with a 16' bar perfect for enjoying the amazing scenery and the beauty of The Natural State. It's the perfect place for your next family gathering, or just to get away and relax.

Modern White Oak Cabin

The home is unique to the area and features a casual, modern space that is peaceful and welcoming. Situated in a somewhat remote location in the woods that surround Beaver Lake. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.

Stay in a unique and cozy tiny cabin called ‘The Downshift’ inside beautiful Blowing Springs Park and campground near other tent and RV sites. The Downshift tiny cabin is complete with a double bed, small bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Sit on the deck or enjoy your fire ring and picnic table. The tiny cabin is in a private park in the Ozarks featuring world class mountain biking/ hiking trailheads to The Back Forty and Blowing Springs trails.

We back up to Tanyard Creek Trail and waterfall which is a popular destination in Bella Vista. You will enjoy custom decor and tons of nature.

It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit.
