De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! The appt is suitable for a couple, or business travelers. Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, bevindt zich op de begane grond van onze woning en heeft een eigen entree. Voor de deur is gelegenheid om gratis een auto of motor te parkeren op ons eigen terrein. Ons huis is gelegen in het mooie Kleverpark op loopafstand van het Centrum van Haarlem en het Centraal Station. Strand, duinen en bos in de nabije omgeving, ideaal voor wandel- en fietstochten. Fietsverhuur is in de buurt.
