IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! Just 15 minutes away is Franconia Notch and Cannon Ski Mountain which have hundreds of hiking and ski trails for all levels.

Newly renovated two bedroom apartment in historic North Woodstock home. Built in 1917 “Grumblenot” has been enjoyed as a basecamp for fun in the White mountains for over a century. Located a half mile from the restaurants and shops in downtown North Woodstock, 4 miles to Loon, 10 miles to Cannon and across the street from one of the most popular swim spots on the Pemi. Plenty of parking, private keypad entry and access to gardens and yard on property, fully stocked kitchen and WiFI!

Nice touches like a restored cast iron sink are complimented by high efficiency heat and a/c. With a view overlooking the town square and also close to a grocery store, pizza shop, bank, and post office. Close to skiing, hiking, biking, and many destinations here in the White Mountains.

WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.
