On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. This custom home, built in 2020, is the perfect spot to unwind. Located off of a private road (4-wheel drive isn't necessary), it sits on 4.25 acres, w/gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Once there, you truly feel removed from the world. Its modern, Scandinavian-Japanese design is unique to the area. Includes: master bedroom, sleeping loft (queen-sized futon and custom Twin XL bunk beds); open kitchen/living area, covered and open patios. 10 minutes from Bryson City and Cherokee.

Smoky Bear Lodge is a 4-plex boutique lodge across from the Smokies National Park! Each room is private with no shared living spaces. We are located on US-321, which leads directly into downtown Gatlinburg (20 min). The Maddron Bald National Park trail is 1 minute away . Dogs MUST BE on the reservation when booking. Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!

High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

The Water Wheel • an A-Frame in the NC Mountains

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

Quail Roost 1 is located in scenic Cosby, TN. and is a one side of a duplex (and completely private!) This is a truly unique spot not found anywhere else in the Smokies. The cabin-feel of the interior and the comfortable King Size bed will leave you rested and ready to explore all that the area offers. Day trips to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg, & even Asheville are available! The romantic deck is one of a kind complete with an outdoor soaking tub & pellet stove!
