Hillcroftholiday. Couk. Dragonfly Lodge Ifold is a self-catering apartment tucked away in beautifully quiet West Sussex countryside. Our spacious self-contained ground floor flat is a naturally light, modern space, nestled in front of stunning woodland in our 7 acre smallholding with Alpacas and Chickens. With a river, canal, rolling fields, woods and a meca of footpaths on your doorstep, this is the perfect launchpad to explore the countryside by foot, bike or horse. It's dog walkers heaven.

Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Summer House is separate and self-contained, with self-catering facilities and local amenities nearby. The property can sleep up to five guests and has a private patio overlooking extensive gardens. The area is in an ideal staycation location for walking and cycling.
