Visit with or entertain your whole family in a comfortable, safe area. Gas fireplace, large two person tub, extra basement suite w/bed+bathroom. Great to stay while you tour the colleges, visit on parent weekend, enjoy the Southern Tier at large, or just have a stopping point on a longer journey. Easily get on and off from 81, 88, and 17.

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book.
