Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

Modern, self-contained garden room with everything you’ll need for an enjoyable stay in our lovely city! THE SPACE Light and sunny room with a comfortable double bed. There’s a wall-mounted TV with sound bar and plenty of storage. There’s also a small breakfast bar with stools, a well equipped kitchen area and a shower room. The property is 15 mins walk from the centre of historic Chester and 5 mins from a supermarket/pharmacy and Bache station (on Chester-Liverpool line)

The Outbuilding, Oscroft, Chester

Our outbuilding is a self contained unit with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. It is newly completed and beautifully spacious and light. It is directly opposite a working farm and overlooks our orchard with a small patio area. There are chickens in the orchard. Parking is immediately outside the Outbuilding, shared with the main house. Oscroft is a 15 minute walk from Tarvin from which a bus can be taken into Chester. It is a 20 minute drive into Chester city centre.

This is a newly renovated, beautiful guest house situated in the historical village of Bromborough Pool. Secluded private property with secure parking and an overnight electric car charging point. This guest house is in a rural location, within the grounds we have 2 fishing lakes which we run as a commercial fishery with farm land all around. There are chickens on site as well as a peacock and peahen. I must make you aware that we have a cockerel and he can be vocal early in the morning, the peacock too, this may not suit everyone. please be aware that there is no oven, but there is a hob, air fryer, microwave and toaster.

Relax ,chill out watching Netflix, explore the local history of Speke hall and the child of hale. 10 mins from Liverpool airport. Good links to m62 m57 m56motorways. Bus route to city centre. Uber to John Lennon airport cost around £12 / to city centre around £14. Room for 2 extra guests on sofa bed £20 per person per night. The hot tub is an additional cost of £50 per night.

Ideal for those travelling for Business or pleasure, there is ample workspace available within the large open plan lounge.
