Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Cosy 1-room flat on the ground floor with separate entrance. Free parking. You will stay in our home in a quiet location with view to Mount Rigi, still close to Lucerne (20 mins by train/car), Zurich (50 mins car/75 mins by train). Closest highway connection is Buchrain. There's a Lidl supermarket. In our village COOP, as well as a bakery and lokal cheese shop nearby. The railway station is a 5-10 mins walk away. We look forward to welcoming you personally! Der Bahnhof ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt und das Stadtzentrum von Zürich (Hauptbahnhof) ist per S-Bahn in maximal 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist hell eingerichtet, mit Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank (keine Küche). Eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Lauschiger privater Aussensitzplatz sowie Parkplatz für einen Personenwagen. Bäckerei und Restaurants im Dorf.

Parking is easy, on the property two outside parking spaces are availabe free of charge (one covered)

Our guesthouse is next to our farm. It's in the countryside but only a 10-minute-drive away from Lucerne city. You've got a wonderful view of the mountain Rigi and mount Pilatus. It's a new and modern apartment with only one room and a lovely gallery. So it's an ideal place to stay for a couple or a small family (no separate bedroom!). In the bathroom there's a bathtub and a shower. You've got a good equipped kitchen.
