Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in midtown Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our large open concept two bedroom, one bath home. This guesthouse is located on 12 acres on the old Chief Joseph Ranch. Stunning views of the Sapphires to the east and the Bitterroots to the west. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to 2 small children. I will decline requests for more than 2 adults. Pets are welcome. The guesthouse is located above the separate garage. There is a sauna in the garage. Great flyfishing in 10 minutes, 30 mins to Lost Trail Ski area. Elk, deer and turkey usually present. Take it easy at a tranquil getaway.

Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

The Cottage at Farmstead Hollow

The Cottage is a sweet retreat in the foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small hobby farm. The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our 5 acre property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.
