The home is located in the Historic Deadwood Presidential neighborhood, that sets on the side of the cliff overlooking Deadwood, with magnificent mountain views. Walking distance to all attractions - , restaurants, casinos, concerts, nightlife, museums and fitness center. Just steps away from everything Deadwood has to offer - literally - 116 steps down into the gulch. The Deadwood City Rec & Aquatics fitness center is located at the base of the stairs, and stones throw from the apartment.

The Sage - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a daybed/trundle (two twin mattresses) in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area, the gas grill outside, and the expansive outdoor spaces on the property.

Rose Building - Apt 1

Perfect place for any length of stay! On the boarder of both the Downtown and West Blvd Residential Historic Districts. Steps away from multiple dining and entertainment options. One of the only buildings in the area with owned off-street parking. The 2nd floor of the Rose Building was converted from offices to apartments in 2022. You can walk to The Monument for a concert, the bike path and parks, Main Street Square. The perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Black Hills.

Black Hills Cabin Canyon Suite

Copper Canyon Lodge is a 5k sq ft mountainside lodge nestled on 20 acres in the Black Hills. The Canyon Suite is the entire lower level of the lodge & sleeps 6. Private entry, kitchenette, full bath, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a double) and an extra queen behind the TV sitting area. Satellite TV and wifi are included. It is very convenient to Wind Cave National Park, Angostura State Park and Lake, Custer State Park and all Black Hills attractions.
