DLR to Canary wharf in 8 mins and Westfield Stratford (Olympic Park) 20 mins DLR There is a thames clipper jetty located next to the cutty sark, this river service into the heart of the city provides an interesting alternative to the conventional rail transport. There are two balconies for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. Greenwich has a great village feel with cool restaurants, cafes, and Greenwich Market, as well as Greenwich Observatory. Superb retail at Greenwich Shopping Park, with all major supermarkets and IKEA close by. The beautiful Royal Greenwich Park and Observatory are just 20 mins walk away.

The property is a few minutes walk to Blackheath train station , which is 12 mins to London Bridge and 25 mins to Victoria . A couple of minutes stroll to Blackheath village which has many pubs restaurants and shops . A 20 minute walk to Greenwich park or a short bus ride . The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. This unique space is huge, 500 sq ft!! and is close to Greenwich, Blackheath, The 02, Canary Wharf, City Airport and with a quick train journey to central London. You'll love the studio because of the location, the amazing views of canary wharf and the 02, with garden and key-box entry.
