Located in coastal countryside close to the beach and set down a country lane surrrounded by pasture and woods, only 3 miles from the fishing village and stunning beach of Aberporth and 10 min drive from historic Cardigan. Local beaches offer surfing, paddle boarding or just lying in the sun. Close by there's plenty of restaurants, attractions and local spots to explore.

Y Caban Pren is located within a six acre property, three miles from Cardigan. It is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with far-reaching views from the site. The owners live in the adjacent farmhouse. The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours. In front of the cabin there is a garden area with table, chairs and raised beds.

WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.

Perfectly situated to take full advantage of the stunning view, New Quay is on only a short 15 minute walk away on the coastal path. Braebrook SeaView overlooks Aberporth and Cardigan Bay. Join the nearby public footpath leading you onto the Coastal Path to Aberporth beach and beyond to Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay. The buses pass the front of the property or you can walk down the road to the local facilities which include restaurants, takeaways & public houses.
