Renovated beach house in a great location. Ideally located 100 m to Back Beach shops and cafes, 400 m to the National Park Surf Beaches and minutes drive to the Hot Springs, golf courses, the local winery and brewery. Set amongst the native garden tree tops this is a classic Mornington Peninsula property. The house features two expansive decked areas with oversized glass panelled doors connecting the upper deck seamlessly with the modern rustic open plan living space. Must climb stairs.

Light-filled, open-plan recently renovated 3 bedroom house with swimming pool, 2 bathrooms including 1 with a bath. Note : pool heated at additional cost: please enquire when booking. Parent gaurantor required for reservation 15 minute walk to either front or back beaches. 5-10 minutes drive to Hot Springs, great golf courses, wineries, cafes, restaurants and the local shops

Kick back and relax in this stylish and private space. A perfect couple's escape. Hear the ocean as you watch the sun set from the outdoor terrace. Spacious living, with open fire. Canterbury Jetty Beach House

A delightfully renovated classic early 60's beach house with a large outdoor living area. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There are board games, petanque/boules and tennis rackets to play with. Beach umbrella and Esky are also provided for trips to the beach or picnics. Firewood for the wood heater is supplied. My place is suitable for couples and families (with kids and or pets). The large deck and grassed area in the back yard is fully fenced and secure.

Sea-Clusion

Completely secluded tropical garden with cosy north facing outdoor deck. Luxurious interior boasting gas log fire, aircondtioning, full kitchen, smart TV that includes Foxtel, Netflix and YouTube. Wifi, bedroom with king size bed and TV, built in wardrobes, private off street parking. Light breakfast provided daily and complimentary wine and cheese platter on arrival. Walking distance to village shops and bay and ocean beaches. Short drive to Peninsula Hot Springs.

Private ocean beach sanctuary

Enjoy the private scenic view over the tea trees towards the dunes. Lounge in front of the fire, play some pool or get gourmet with the pizza oven & bbq in the spacious outdoor patio. Better yet, relax in the in-built cedar hot tub where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. 5-minutes walk to the Ocean Beach National Park or a quick and easy trip down to the bay beach and shops. For dog lovers, the property is securely fenced with room for running around and play.

Avon Beachshack in Ocean Beach Rye

A secluded weekend escape without all the travel or a home away from home. This lovely beach shack is the perfect location for escaping on a Friday after work. Alternatively, it may be the perfect romantic or friends getaway. The accommodation is ideally situated 300m away from the raw beauty of Rye back beach, which almost feels like your own private oasis. Grab a few drinks in an esky and enjoy the beautiful sunset or a peaceful morning walk along the water.

Blairgowrie Beach Hideaway -Close to ocean and bay

On the border with Sorrento, close the awesome Koonya Backbeach, Koonya General Store and also a walk to the bay beach. Plenty of space to enjoy time with family and friends inside and out - 2 great lounges so kids can separate from parents if desired. Relaxed holiday feel - you can often hear the waves. Our two-story home on the highest point at Tyrone beach and is only 3 mins from beautiful Tyrone beach, 10 mins to the popular Peninsula Hot Springs. Slide open the doors and wake up to a wonderful bay view, take a morning walk along one of the Peninsula's best beaches or sit on the huge deck with a book taking in uninterrupted panoramic water view.
