It is a self contained residence separated from the main residence and is a short walk to the beach and short drive to the Town centre. The Studio has a well equipped kitchen, spacious living area with split system heating and cooling unit, large outside deck with bbq, one bedroom containing a queen bed, and a separate bathroom with toilet and secure gated car park.

Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.
