One of a few ,local guest accommodations that accepts one night stays. The Snug has a double bed (Simba ) ,shower, toilet, TV, ( free view) free WiFi, tea & Nespresso coffee machine, also towels/linen supplied.A small fridge on site. Best suited for couples or singles. Free on street parking & not in Cul de Sac or right outside my neighbours!

The Byre - stone studio space, Talmine NC500/Beach

The Byre is a unique studio converted from a barn and is perfect for a peaceful break or romantic getaway! A comfortable hotel quality double mattress in self catering accommodation with stunning views of the sea and islands and within easy walk of a shop and beaches. A small but well equipped kitchenette with microwave, induction hob and small oven. Plenty of hot water. A woodburner and 2 heaters. Dogs welcome but 2 max due to restricted space. Great location as a base to explore.

Offering WiFi, television, and off-road parking for one car. Also, with the new addition of a woodburning stove, you will certainly not be cold! Ideally situated for exploring the north of Sutherland and Caithness, this area is popular for walking, fishing, surfing, golfing and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!

Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach.
