Ft.) 2 bedroom cabin with a large loft and two porches the length and width of the home, one is screened in and offers a dreamy bed swing and seating for watching tv. It has a private boat dock for your enjoyment, so bring your boat in the summer! Unplug and enjoy the views of nearby farm fields and mountains from the porch of this tiny house just off 127 in the beautiful Sequatchie valley about halfway between Pikeville and Dunlap. There's a TV and DVD player and some DVDs & books but no wifi currently. Kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Like the tiny house next door, please be aware that this tiny house has a small hot water heater so plan accordingly. Twin air mattress by request. Now with queen which replaced a full bed.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Cozy Nest on the Homestead- Fully Furnished

**NEWLY REMODELED** The Cozy Nest features a guest suite a private entrance, 1 Bedroom w/ queen bed, addl. bed in living room, kitchen, and full bath- with a washer and dryer in the unit! You should find everything you would need for cooking and preparing meals if you don't just ask! Enjoy the balcony porch with breathtaking views. The stars at night are amazing! We have a telescope available if desired, as well! Let us know if you would like farm fresh eggs from the chickens!

Less than 10 minutes from Bryan College. Level 2 EV charging available on property, and fast charger located at the Welcome Center near downtown.

The Refuge: The Shelter Tiny House

You will find a quaint Tiny House, called The Shelter, on 10 beautiful, wooded acres. We are 2 miles from one of Tennessee's most frequented state parks, Fall Creek Falls. The tiny house is 312sq ft with an enclosed front porch that looks out over the pond followed by a tiny waterfall and beautiful stream. We have trails, gardens, bonfire pits, places to sit, swing, ponder and more. We call this The Refuge where you can let down, slow down and refuel. Would love to have you!!!

Nestled in a slough adjoining the Hiawasse River Refuge, wildlife is abundant and can be viewed from the back yard. Sandhill cranes and American White pelicans migrate through the winter.
