Cottage 54 is a one bedroom studio cottage on the property of a house in upper Bakoven/Camps Bay. Fully private terrace and separate entrance from the road. Equipped with a queen size bed, sofa, table & chairs, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. Interior is light, modern and with a Scandinavian touch. 5-7 minute walk to Bakoven Beach, and 10-12 min walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, bars & coffee shops. Off street parking and private entrance. 2 min walk to a Superette.

We have an inverter that covers the security system and cameras + the WIFI, TV, stove and oven and all the lights and most of the plugs during load shedding. The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

The cottage has all you need, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, sitting area and a patio that opens up onto the garden and pool which you are welcome to use. This is a perfect space if you are on business or on holiday. We are close to shopping centre's, the vineyards and greenbelt. This cottage is not suitable for children or toddlers.
