We are Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac, minutes away from central Westville, overlooking the University Campus and Beautiful Palmiet Nature Reserve. Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located destination. This property is located in the heart of Durban North, 1km from the beach and lovely shops/ restaurants. The property has extremely fast wifi and a full solar system - no loadshedding. All rooms are air conditioned and have a large flat screen TV, with Netflix. Electric fence.

Private, safe and centrally located within walking distance of 7 choice restaurants. Retail stores, library and Medical Center within a 1 km radius. The shower is an experience!! Please note it's a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, kettle and a sink. Also please read the check in and checkout times. 24 km from the Airport (19 min)

An oasis located close to Durban CBD, the ICC and beachfront. Litchi Tree is approximately 1500m away from Virginia beach. Restaurants/fast food places and supermarkets are all within walking distance. We are up on the hill overlooking the sea in a family friendly neighbourhood. Close to Gateway theatre of shopping, La Lucia Mall and Umhlanga Beach & Village. You’ll love it because of the queen size comfy bed and the convenient/safe location. We cater for anyone who feels our place is suitable for them.

The Apartment
