Our cabin is the perfect getaway to enjoy nature, coffee on the front porch or a cocktail on the upstairs deck, a ride in the woods or a swim in the freshwater creeks. It is a great place to enjoy a romantic weekend, or a vacation with the kids and your pets for outdoor adventures which include hiking or biking the many trails and ravines, or capturing images of birds and other wildlife with your camera. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking and dining on the front porch.

Our farm is in the heart of the dairy industry and one of them is across the way with 2 silos anchoring the beautiful landscape. The owners of this home are both Landscape Architects so you will have views of their lovely growing fields and their creation of "Stonehedge," a replica of what Stonehenge looked like out of plants!

Hang out in the pool or in the great room which has 3 couches, 2 recliners, and lots of space to spread out. And leave feeling refreshed and ready to get back to life.

Apartment with Loft

We absolutely love hosting!This space is an apartment built in part of a shop metal building. This was designed by and for our daughter who has since moved and so now using for Airbnb. one queen bed in the loft, one twin XL bed in downstairs bedroom. couch lets out to twin bed but I would only recommend for children….as it is small. To be comfortable, you may want to ask options for more than 3 . Bathroom opens to bedroom. Please note: Shower is small. There is no TV, but great WiFi.

Thunder Ridge —Entire House pet-friendly near NOLA

Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. Sports cars do not fare well here. Please note that the address listed on Airbnb is not our location. I will email you directions.

For an extra fee, store your boat, or ATV inside the 20x30 metal building located on the property.
