Guests whose stay is 28 days or longer will incur a utility fee of 50 euros per week, from the first week, added to the rental fee. Another item of note, the driveway into the rear yard is quite narrow and not suitable for a large SUV or people carrier. Lastly the driveway gate is electric powered and operates on a key fob

This self catering apartment is warm, quiet and cosy, where guests have exclusive use of the open plan kitchen/dinning room to themselves, with their own bathroom complete with electric shower,while the two bedrooms consists of two double beds. The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.

The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year.
