Apartment Obala - Apartment 1

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It walls are one meter thick, so you don't need an air conditioner even in hot summer days. It is on the ground floor, with a nice terrace in front of the apartment. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. In the bedroom, there are stone walls like they were in the old house and through the whole ground floor there is a large wooden beam in the ceiling. It was originally a mast on a sailing ship and it took 20 villager to brought it to the house. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 25 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

Lugares de interés: It is very near Jelsa and at 3,5 km to another village called Vrboska. In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a lowered ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

Enjoy the best experience of Split old town in Riva View Apartment. Perfectly located in the middle of Riva on the 1st floor, you will enjoy the beautiful view on the islands from your balcony. The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

It is located on the hill and it takes 3 minutes of walking to get to the house from parking. If you are in need of beautiful nature, breathtaking view and a place to rest your soul, this is for you. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dining table and sitting area (100m2).

The Island Place

A spacious (120 m2) completely refurbished 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, relax zone and magnificent sea view overlooking the Bol harbor and the open sea. Situated in very center of Bol in quiet residential area. The apartment is an entirely functional FAMILY HOME with fully equipped kitchen, all appliances and utensils. Each room is separately air- conditioned and sleeping area is separated from living and dining area.
