The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

The property is situated in the enclosed gardens of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse with ample private parking. Easy proximity to Leigh Sports Village, Pennington Flash, RHS Bridgewater and Haydock Race Course, M62 Junction 9, M6 Junctions 22 & 23, Newton-le-Willows Railway Station, Warrington Station, halfway between Manchester and Liverpool. Ideal for visiting Lake District, North Wales, Chester, Knutsford, Peak District. Having a car is recommended.

A self-catering treehouse with double sofa bed and amazing views across our working hill farm and surrounding area. Chill in the hammock under the tree, relax next to the fire pit or cosy up in bed under the duvet. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional fee (£42). If you love walking / mountain biking again this is the place with many walks and trails on your door step . We can now accommodate 3 people at the cottage, we have a double bed and sofa bed . There is also a lockable bike shed should any of our cycling guests need it . Lots of free parking
