Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied. Montrose Terrace apartment

Note: Extensive cleaning between guests. Newly refurbished basement flat just 10 minutes walk to the East end of the city centre and 15 minutes walk to Waverley train station. New council regulations in July 2023 means there is now no free on street parking. The property comprises of two bedrooms-one room with super king bed and one with double bed-, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Close to tourist attractions- Holyrood Palace, the Parliament and Royal Mile are around 5 minutes walk.
