Penthouse Master Bedroom

The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. The Cottage at the McCobb House

Freshly renovated inside and out, the cottage is your private Maine camp. Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

Sebasco Sprucewold Cabin@ the Beach

This quaint and cozy log cabin built in the 1940's is located in the summer colony of Sprucewold. It is just about 1 mile from downtown Boothbay Harbor. At 750 square feet, this adorable cabin is suited for no more than 4 people. You will have access to a small, private, sandy beach; a rare find on the rocky coast of Maine. There is so much to see and do in the Boothbay area. Life slows down and there is no better place to experience that "Maine, the way life should be" feeling.

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). We accept either one dog or one cat.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Coastal Cotton Cottage is on beautiful Davis Island in a peaceful setting by the sea. Open the French doors from the living room and step out onto the spacious front porch to watch the sun set across Wiscasset Harbor. Our cottage has been recently updated with fresh paint, new towels and new coastal interior decor.

This swanky mid-60's cabin sits on a hill overlooking West Harbor pond in the town of Boothbay Harbor. It offers privacy yet is close to everything downtown Boothbay Harbor has to offer. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids), and large enough to accommodate bigger groups. If you would like to bring along your canine pal feel free, they are welcome (sorry no cats).
