It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

The Happy House

For both contractors and families. This house was five years in the making plus one year for the back garden. Its a bit quirky and all designed with no plan from my overactive mind! I finished the house then got bored so decided to have a go at the garden! for all the guests there is an additional outside toilet for your convenience when your relaxing in the garden. TV and an XBox One in each bedroom. Triple glazed for quiet comfort. Luxury panda bedding on all beds!

Perfectly located with quick access to the M18 & M1, yet in a peaceful setting. Hellaby Hall wedding venue is just across the road, with a supermarket, pub, and gym nearby. Set back from Green Lane which can be a little busy at certain times of the day.
