Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.

Our Full English breakfast is cooked fresh each morning and to your liking. We serve continental and cater for vegetarians. Lynn's place is close to public transport and amenities. You will have a double room with double bed and a single bed so ideal for solo travellers, couples or friends sharing a space. This is quiet house to stay in with sitting area, tea and coffee provided, guests only Shower room and choice for breakfast of self service cereals or toast etc. I am a Medical Herbalist I live with my partner Mark and Dog Honey we leave guests to own devices unless need help then we can be messaged.

We're Karen and Phil, together with our 30 year old son we have lived in our beautiful 5 bedroom Victorian home for 27 years. It was built in 1895 and retains most of its original stunning features! We are conveniently situated 15 min drive from Manchester city centre. The Metrolink is 5 minutes walk away which will take you north, south, east & west of Manchester...including the Manchester Arena and the airport. The M60 - J17 is half a mile away.
