Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx

Our 2-bedroom 6-berth caravan is a perfect getaway on the beautiful Fylde coast. 1 Double bedroom with ensuite toilet + separate shower room. 1 twin room and double bed settee. Travel cot avail. Promising to be a peaceful haven, You can visit all the lovely places the Fylde coast offers – Lytham, St Annes on Sea, and Blackpool. Lytham is packed with plenty of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. There is plenty to do for the family along Granny’s Bay and St Annes promenade.

Newton Hall Farm cottage on our working farm; idyllic if you like mooing, and twit twoos (resident barn owl opposite). It’s mainly quiet, with a good-sized private, south facing garden with views of fields behind, with access to country walks. The farm is your neighbour and you are in the countryside with all that goes with it. Hot tub on the patio with plenty of space for barbequing. Fenced garden, safe for small children and dogs. Off road parking (2 cars max). Free WiFi.

This house is perfect for healthcare and hospital staff looking for somewhere to stay while working at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. Everything is provided and there is an outdoor space to enjoy too. The house is not suitable for large groups and these types of bookings will not be accepted.

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

Lytham is a beautiful, dog friendly, seaside town with a variety of coastal walks, numerous restaurants and attractions. It is well known for its festivals and excellent golf courses. We are located on a quiet street yet just a 5 minute walk to Lytham town center and Lytham Green / Festival. Lytham train station is only a 1 minute walk away and provides easy access to Blackpool, St Annes, Preston and beyond.

A single storey extremely spacious private annex on the outskirts of the Fylde coast just off the M55, a 10 minute drive from  Blackpool and Lytham St Annes and less than an hour away from the Lake District.
