Idéalement situé, à 5 minutes en voiture et 10 minutes environ à pieds de la Médina et du cœur de Gueliz. L'aéroport est à 15 minutes en voiture. Nombreux taxis et 1 place de parking en sous-sol. La piscine est nettoyée et maintenue le lundi.
