I welcome people of all backgrounds into my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in South Boulder. The guest space is the entire first floor. I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. This 1920s Boulder Bungalow is a charmer both inside and out. The well-equipped kitchen pairs nicely with the private backyard dining area. If working remotely is on the agenda, enjoy views of the foothills from the upstairs office. When a bit of couch time is in order, then relax in 1 of the 2 living rooms, both with 50inch Smart 4K TVs (no cable TV, but have casting ability built in). Last but not least, free parking is available along 9th street, which has varying daily traffic.
