There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

The balcony is enclosed with a glass sliding door, so you can sit and enjoy the view irrespective of the weather. Close enough to beaches, restaurants, shops, harbor, penguins, hikes, tidal pools, Cape Point, Kalk bay, Muizenberg & much more. (Not suitable for loud parties, we are in a complex & must consider our neighbors)

A beautiful , separate entrance flatlet with magnificent views of the ocean over False Bay. Spacious, light and stylish , with quirky touches to make you feel at home. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

WHALE ROCK Apartment is named after the imposing granite boulder standing in the ocean below, where "My Octopus Teacher" was filmed. A stunning patio provides your entrance, and your pool deck leads off the patio. Views across False Bay can be enjoyed from every angle. While being able to enjoy the beautiful accommodation, guests will also be within walking distance of world famous beaches, as well as being a short drive away from Cape Point, and from the quaint centre of Simons Town.

This 72 square meter studio with its outdoor lifestyle has private access, parking on the property and excellent security. It is in the mountains, sheltered from the wind and walking distance from Boulders Beach and the penguins. There's lots to do, but you may not want to leave. It is a perfect haven for a short escape, longer-term retreat or the ideal “Work-from-Home” location.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Primaview is situated in beautiful Camps Bay, Cape Town. Offering comfortable accommodation, alongside an inviting pool and surrounded by panoramic views of mountains and sea. Camps Bay is a scenic residential area, close to the city, as well as the famous Clifton Beaches. There are shops and popular restaurants along the Camps Bay Promenade. The Table Mountain Cable Way is a few minutes drive away. Access to nearby hiking trails are within a few minutes walk.

Walk to safe swimming beaches and to the penguins in 3 minutes, or wander into historic Simonstown village. Our guest suite is small (6m X 2m), but offers everything you need, plus a view of the sea: wi-fi, a comfortable double bed, the means to make breakfast, place to eat or check emails – and privacy from the main house. It has a separate entrance and a private bathroom. A small garden for your exclusive use offers a table, chairs and Weber.
