The home has an excellent location just minutes off the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. Come relax and adventure in our cozy home. Enjoy private access to basement apt, Including a comfy great room, laundry, full kitchen, and three bedrooms. Access to a hot tub, fire pit and grill. Paddle boards available upon request. Morgan is surrounded by an abundance of hiking trails, mtn biking trails, ski resorts, and many other outdoor recreation activities. Morgan is within a 30 min drive to 3 large lakes, and under an hour to Park City, Ogden, and Salt Lake City.

Winter ski getaway

Wonderful basement apartment with private entrance. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!
