We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!

It's the ideal home base to get everywhere: 10 min to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons, minutes away from several restaurants & downtown SLC, plus Park city is just a 35 min scenic drive up Parley's canyon. With sleeping for 4-6, one modest-sized 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, it's a perfect place for a Salt Lake City getaway.
