Hidden away at the end of a quiet country lane on the border of the Charente and Dordogne, Maison d'Amis is one of just two gîtes offering peace and tranquility with private courtyards to front and back. A large pool nestles within the stone walls of a former barn and the grounds offer ample places to play, relax and enjoy the views.

La Petite Grange

Située dans un joli village de la Dordogne, cette grange aménagée est parfaite pour les voyageurs solos ou en couple. La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux. Fibre.

Gîte Le Séchoir

Périgord Vert A 15 km de BRANTOME, 2 km de LISLE (Tous commerces). Proche de la Dronne (500 m) pour baignade, pêche ou canoë Gîte de charme, ancien séchoir en pierre composé de 3 chambres dont une de plain-pied avec un lit double et une salle d'eau + WC. A l'étage une chambre avec un lit double, une autre avec un lit double + un lit simple et une salle de bains avec WC. Grande pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, accès vaste terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la campagne. Jardin privé et clos.

Maison rénovée pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis à la campagne le temps d'un week-end ou pour un long séjour ! Luxury French gite, just outside the lovely market town of Aubeterre. Refurbished to a very high standard, with a large open-plan kitchen/family room , 1 Double bedroom downstairs & 2 Twin bedrooms upstairs (all with private shower room). 10 x 5m HEATED (May and September ) pool over looking open fields and large patio. Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre grange récemment rénovée, offrant une vue imprenable sur la Dronne et le moulin du pont, d'où vous pourrez pratiquer randonnée, VTT, canoë, pêche à la ligne, promenade en barque, baignade... A moins d'un kilomètre, le bourg de Tocane offre toutes les commodités. Entre Brantôme, Périgueux et Ribérac, vous pourrez découvrir au gré de vos envies la richesse du patrimoine, les marchés colorés ainsi que les nombreux festivals de l'été.

gîte sur la rivière

Notre gîte se situe dans un moulin sur la très belle rivière La Dronne. C est un appartement très spacieux (55M2) entièrement rénové. Une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, et magnifique terrasse la surplombant. Accès direct à la rivière pour baignade ou canoé que nous mettons à votre disposition. Attention l'escalier menant au gîte est assez étroit et pentu et ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi qu à certaines personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer

(English below) An elegant 14th century chateau nestled in a park surrounded by high walls with a swimming pool. A property full of character with many original elements, along with a lovely covered terrace great for 'al fresco' dining with the family, overlooking the gardens and pool area. A perfect French country retreat in the heart of the Perigord, Dordogne. Lovely spot to meet up with your family or friends or colleagues.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Pretty little cottage, fully equipped, heating included, sharing our tennis court, pool, 'pitch & chip' golf, set in our 20 acre garden of undulating grass and wild flower filled meadows, edged by copses where nightingales nest every year and sing all night long.
