It’s only a 5 minutes walk to popular Southbourne high street, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and independent shops.

Tea, coffee, milk are offered as are utensils and plates. There is a shared shower bathroom with 1 or 2 other guests. Toiletries and towels are provided. The Jurassic coast and sandy beach awaits.
