To moderno zatočišče je popolna izbira za vaš pobeg v dolino Soče! 🏔️ ✨ Kaj ponuja naša hiška: 🌿 Zasebna zunanja oaza: Uživajte na čudoviti 35 m² veliki leseni terasi z zasebnim vrtom. Velika prozorna streha vam omogoča, da na ležalnikih ali ob zunanji mizi uživate na svežem zraku celo ob poletni plohi! Na terasi je tudi žar kotiček s pravim žarom in zunanjim umivalnikom – idealno za večerna druženja. 🥩🥂 🛏️ Udobno spanje: V zgornjem nadstropju vas čaka svetla spalnica z veliko in udobno posteljo (180x200). V pritličju pa je povsem NOVA (2026), izjemno udobna raztegljiva sedežna garnitura (160x200), na kateri se boste resnično naspali. 🍳 Moderna kuhinja: Elegantna, bela kuhinja v visokem sijaju je popolnoma opremljena z vsemi nujnimi aparati: pomivalnim strojem, pečico, mikrovalovno pečico, grelnikom vode in vso potrebno posodo. 🚿 Dizajnerska kopalnica: Po aktivnem dnevu v naravi se sprostite v moderni kopalnici s prostorno "walk-in" tuš kabino in dežno prho (rain shower). Naša hiška se ponaša z odličnimi ocenami gostov in ponuja popolno ravnovesje med modernim udobjem in sproščujočo naravo. Ne glede na to, ali pijete jutranjo kavo pod prozorno streho ali pečete na žaru, se boste tu počutili kot doma. Veselimo se vašega obiska! Opomba: Turistična taksa NI VKLJUČENA v ceno in se doplača ob prihodu (2 € na osebo na noč). Hišni ljubljenčki se zaračunajo dodatno: doplačilo znaša 10 € na noč za posameznega ljubljenčka.

Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

Hello! My name is Sara and I am fulfilling my life as Matej’s wife and mother of three little boys. But I have also finished my Master’s Degree in Literature and know a great deal about history. Out of ordinary life and errands, I find joy in arts and cousine and for me, there is no greater excitement than packing our Nissan Patrol for a new adventure.
