The bed set up can either be 2 twins or zipped as a super king, sofabed is a double. There is a lovely sunny courtyard garden with table and chairs. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the Circus, 5 minutes walk from the Royal Crescent. Great cafes, wine bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, it’s a short walk to shops.

It is full of character defined by its architectural heritage, with multiple floor levels and original bath stone still on show. The living area has the high ceilings typical of Georgian buildings. Self contained studio accommodation in the picturesque village of Bathford with easy access both to city life in Bath and to delightful surrounding countryside. Secluded, private, away from main roads but with good access to public transport. Free on-street parking. When the forecourt in front of the studio is free you are also welcome to park there .The short , narrow drive from the street entrance to the studio is suitable only for small cars and at your own risk.

In a previous life, the building was a skittle alley for The Lamb Inn but that rang time in the 1960s and is now our home.
