Enjoy a local wine on the patio in summer or in front of the cosy wood fire in winter whilst watching for wallabies, cute little pademelons or our resident echidna. A stylish, sun-filled townhouse just minutes by car from the city centre. Stunning views of Launceston and the Tamar River can be seen through the treetops and in the distance forested mountain slopes. Across the road, a trail leads down through Cataract Gorge. The classy, well-stocked library has a comfy sofa, and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair. A sunny deck beckons. Fast wifi and quality Smart TV with streaming services are available. Ingleson cottage

15 minute walk to Deloraine Township, river and eateries, 40 min.to Launceston & Devonport, 1.5hrs to Cradle Mountain. Built in 1875 this cottage has several internal steps which may not be suitable for everyone. Renovated in 2015 a few walls have been moved, & a few luxuries added, to compliment the cottage there is magnificent views, & with views there must be hills. A bbq & a hammock on the deck for those who wish to relax. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people. fully self contained.

The Roundhouse is located in a place of spectacular beauty, with views of Quamby Bluff and the Great Western Tiers on all sides. The property is surrounded by World Heritage Rainforest which is a result of the protracted Jackeys Marsh Forest Protests. The fresh air, crystal clear water, abundant wildlife and pristine environment are all environmental values prized by the people of Jackeys Marsh. Bay Tree Cottage is your home away from home. This 1889 cottage is Full of character, The house has been beautifully decorated to welcome its new guests. Situated in the heart of Deloraine and three doors up from Deloraines best cafe and deli. The local supermarket is just a block away for all your grocery needs or explore Deloraine’s local restaurants. Just across the road is the information centre and museum with friendly staff to help you with your travel needs.

#birdhousestudiostas are two modern unique architectural, one bedroom houses hovering on a steeply sloping site with extraordinary views to the east over Launceston and the mountains beyond. Each studio has an individual personality inspired by the qualities of its site and a desire to create a sustainable buildings with the lowest possible carbon footprint and environmental impact. This accomodation will appeal to those with a design interest in architecture.

Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay!) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however portacot , inflatable toddler mattress and camp bed for children are available on request. We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.
