Situated next to house #1 on Simon Road and Locasgate Road, this large house have three bedrooms with two double bed each with cooling fans while the largest bedroom have a queen sized bed and air condition(AC). The open dining and living room space have a large fan. The kitchen has a large stove with an oven and utensils for guests use. A large NexGrill is available for the Barbecue enthusiast near the Patio. The house #1 with a double and kingsize bed next door can hold additional guests.

The apartment is set on the edge of a valley (Ghaut ) with unblocked views of the sea towards Redonda and Nevis and a cool breeze in the evenings. You will have exclusive use of our apartment, with a separate entrance for you to come and go at your leisure. The Host lives in the apartment above, and will therefore be on hand by phone or email if you run into any difficulties.

Providence Estate House, a unique historic Caribbean house, was the home of Paul McCartney and his family when he recorded "Tug of War" and "Ebony and Ivory" with Stevie Wonder in 1981. Welcome to Montserrat's first eco-conscious clubhouse by the sea. We are located on the northwest coast of our small but incredible island, in the centre of the Little Bay, steps away from the surf. We are only five minutes drive from the the new town “ brades’ , and just 3 mins walk to Marine Village, a collection of small bars, a couple restaurants an a dive shop. The Clubhouse is nestled between coconut trees in the heart of our beach community.
