"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Dista 5 km dal casello di Pontremoli, 40 minuti da Lerici, 1 ora da Portovenere e le 5 Terre, 55 minuti dalla Versilia e poco più di 1 ora da Pisa e Lucca. Possibilità di noleggio di e-bike.

A 6 km si trova l'uscita A15 di Pontremoli che collega in 30-40 minuti La Spezia e le successive meravigliose 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto ed altre località turistiche degne di nota sia sulla costa marina Ligure che su quella Toscana.
