With secure bike storage as part of the cabin and a spa to soak in after a long day on the trails… you’ll never want to leave! 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 2 toilets with spacious living for everyone. The second bedroom can be made up as a king or two singles. Beautiful views over the valley where you can really switch off with a wine by the fire or out on the deck. Both cabins can be rented out for bigger groups!

Crosskeys Derby, Mt Bike Haven

This is a Classic Derby weatherboard home, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. It has a bike garage to lock MTB's in overnight, an outdoor hot/cold shower, undercover BBQ and a private large rear deck.

There is plenty to see and do in this area, so consider staying for two or more nights to explore our magnificent Pyengana valley, the Blue Tier walking and MTB trails and the must see St Columba waterfalls. Trail View is our special spot in Derby. Historically steeped in the mining past, our bedrooms look out of lead light sunray's to the moss laden forest below as does the deep bath with unlimited hot water for bathing and showers. A relaxing , tranquil and private home with everything we need to revive the senses after an adventurous day on the trails. The wood burning heaters and fire pit circle provides us a cosy area to gather where stories are told and memories made.

THE CEDAR HOUSE DERBY

Cedar House has recently had some upgrades including a new bathroom. It is centrally located directly behind the bike shops and cafes located on Main Street in historical Derby. Perched high on the block the views from the deck are magical with the Ringarooma River below and the Blue Derby trailhead in your sights. A great base to discover the many bike trail options on the doorstep. If you are after comfort, convenience and location then the boxes are ticked!

Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.

Lalla Flower Cottage - famous garden, wine region

Restored century old cottage set on very private 30 acres with direct walking access to the adjoining majestic Lalla Flower Farm (100 acres of historic gardens). Situated just 20 minutes drive from Launceston and 2 mins from the amenities of the village of Lilydale in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine region. Lalla Flower Cottage is a beautiful country Tasmanian retreat with two cosy living spaces with wood fires, privacy and loads of charm.

Kersbrook Cottage near Derby

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.
